Note: Screens and flows have evolved rapidly since the event, but the principles and behind-the-scenes moments are timeless.
Team “AI 创”: All-In on AI + Creativity

“AI 创” means “AI = All In” plus 创意/创造/创新. The lineup blended real teammates—Jimmy, Niko, Tantan—with a “virtual squad” of AI tools:

ChatGPT, Wrap.dev CLI, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot for planning and code; Claude, Bing, Stable Diffusion, and more for copy, design, and visuals. Collaboration with AI has been baked into BibiGPT from day one.
Product Snapshot: BibiGPT, the “No bibi, show me the notes!” Assistant

At Hack Engine we pitched BibiGPT as:
- Bilibili + YouTube + local file support
- “省流神器”, “课代表”, “文案秘籍”, “观点大师”, “会议助理”…the community gave us endless nicknames
- Mission: let media knowledge float to the surface effortlessly

Founder Takeaways

From the hackathon and subsequent founder chats:
- Ship fast, learn fast – launch early, capture retention data, monetize sooner.
- Fall in love with the problem (and the solution) – passion, skill, and market fit must overlap.
- Let AI amplify humans – every stage, from scripting to shipping, benefited from AI teammates.
The hackathon was equal parts pressure and joy. BibiGPT evolved massively afterward, but our “AI 创” spirit and user-first mindset stayed constant.
