Is there a hosted web installer?

Harness serves a local web UI (127.0.0.1:3080). The plugin command runs in a terminal — not a DeepSeek-hosted plugin store.

Do I need an API key?

OAuth hosts sign in with a BibiGPT account. Header / CLI clients use a token from /user/integration. Desktop login or a token is enough.

How does this relate to /mcp?

/mcp is the hub (MCP / CLI / API). This page is the DeepSeek Harness install. Same pipeline after setup — not a second product.

How do I use library / feed after install?

First summary uses skill `bibi`. Next time, search the saved library with `bibi-library` and manage subscriptions with `bibi-feed`. Same CLI, same account.

Is HTTP 402 a failure?

No. 402 / Payment-Needed means quota is exhausted — open /shop. Plus 100/day, Pro 300/day. Web-app membership quota is separate.
